Lava Lamp provides free standard shipping to addresses in the United States. We process orders in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. After dispatch, transit typically takes 4–6 business days. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided with the order.

Please review your delivery address carefully. If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with carrier delays, lost parcels, damaged deliveries, and delivery errors, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
