Refund Policy

Lava Lamp accepts return and exchange requests made within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. For eligible returns, including no-reason returns, damaged items, missing items, and incorrect deliveries, we cover return shipping and provide a return method or prepaid label. Please contact us with order details and photographs when an item is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

After we receive and approve a return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banking providers may require additional processing time. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or change before shipment; changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
